Hallmark Health on Wheels:A Mobile Community Health Outreach

Hallmark Healthcare Staffing is excited to introduce our upcoming initiative: Hallmark Health on Wheels, a mobile community health outreach designed to bring free preventive health screenings and wellness education directly to underserved neighborhoods across Illinois.

Unlike a traditional mobile clinic, Hallmark Health on Wheels focuses on preventive care outreach, education, and community connection, helping residents take the first step toward healthier lives.

It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and all participants are encouraged to follow up with their primary healthcare providers for any identified health concerns.

A mobile health community outreach offering:

• Blood pressure screenings

• Glucose screenings

• Health education materials

• Preventive care resources

• Local wellness giveaways

Many Illinois communities face barriers to basic health resources. This program bridges those gaps by delivering community-based, preventive care in trusted local spaces such as churches, libraries, and community centers.

Our first pop-up event is planned for:

This area is designated as a Medically Underserved Area (MUA), making it an ideal launch site for this initiative.

Hallmark Health on Wheels is led by Temi Ajayi, a second-career Registered Nurse, accountant, and 2024 SBA Thrive graduate. As founder and CEO of Hallmark Healthcare Staffing (a WOSB, WBE, and BEP-certified agency), Temi brings deep experience in patient care and workforce development and a passion for making preventive healthcare accessible to all.
